Terms of Service

Welcome to Mekora, an adult dating and connection app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Keep your password safe and notify us of unauthorized use. One person per account; no impersonation.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to photos, videos, and messages you post. You grant Mekora a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in the app for the purpose of running the service. You represent that you have the rights to what you post and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or our Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post nudity, sexually explicit content, harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content.
• Impersonate anyone, run bots, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass security or moderation.
• Use Mekora for commercial solicitation, scams, or requests for money.

5. Mekora AI

Mekora AI is a clearly labeled AI assistant — not a real person. Conversations are for entertainment and companionship, are not therapy or advice, and may be reviewed to improve safety.

6. Cost

Mekora is completely free. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases, and we never require payment-card information. Every feature is available to all members at no cost. If we ever introduce paid options in future we will tell you in advance.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, without notice where needed to protect users.

8. Disclaimers

Mekora is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that anyone will accept your friend request, reply to you, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Interactions with other people happen at your own risk — use common-sense safety and the in-app reporting and blocking tools.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mekora and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Because Mekora is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
